Hey everyone :o) Its been a few days since my last post. I'm a terrible blogger I know but it gives me something to do. So I I weighed myself and I'm now 267 lbs! I'm really happy with myself right now. Ive lost 30 lbs in total and I'm feeling great to boot. My sugar levels have been really good, had a couple of lows but learning how to eat when I need to, not when I'm hungry. I have really been enjoying eating healthier. I love cauliflower and spinach and I love salads. Plus I really like the way I feel and see the scale going down, even when it goes down up and down to get there. Its like I'm on an adventure of sorts :o)
So tomorrow I'm going to go out and weed what little bit of my garden that grew. Only tomatoes and bell peppers but I don't think the bell peppers are doing very well and none have started blooming either. My tomatoes are doing great on the other hand. I'm going to need to buy some jars next week so when they're ready to be picked I can start canning them. I have 2 types, beef steaks and a type of cherry tomato. Ill get some pics after I'm done weeding and post them. If anyone has any interesting tomato recipes, Id love for you to post them here. I'm going to be looking into flax seed recipes as I'm hearing so many good things about it. I'm also thinking of trying almond milk but not sure if it has carbs or not.
Ive been doing Richard Simmons sweating to the oldies. Its fun and gets me worked out that's for sure. The music is great and I feel accomplished afterwards. Tomorrow after I'm done weeding the garden I think I might walk to the library. Its hard on me but good for me :o)
